Birmingham Circuit Property and Facilities Officer

The post holder will have the following responsibilities:
To action all necessary Circuit Property matters relating to Methodist owned premises.
To provide technical expertise on Church Buildings, Manses and other Methodist facilities.
To provide support to the churches within the Circuit on property matters.
The successful applicant will have 5 or more GCSEs or equivalent, will have good I.T. skills and will have experience in planning, costing, problem solving, negotiating and record keeping.
Salary range: £20,000 - £24,000 p.a. based on 25 hours per week, dependent on qualifications and experience, DBS check. Flexible working hours.
